We also talked about the next steps and how we want to organize ourselves.","- short introduction round, there were two new people!\n- we introduced our committee and had all the positions filled:\n  - Chairperson: Felix \n  - Vice Chairperson: Markus\n  - Treasurer: Jonas\n  - Vice Treasurer: Jürgen\n  - Secretary: Florian\n  - Vice Secretary: Teo\n  - Billing Officer: Frank\n  - Second Billing Officer: Martin\n- Now we have to hand in the documents and need to wait for the official confirmation of the club\n- Next step of the location is that we have a meeting with Thomas and the Startup Carinthia (SUC) Delegation to discuss how we can use the space and use it so we have the most outcome for both of us\n- SUC had a meeting with WKO where they mentioned us and said that we are trying to fill the space with people \n- the goal is primarily to prepare the \"stage\" near the kitchen as a couch area and on the left there should be tables that can be used to work on projects\n- we had a discussion about social media accounts and if we want to use them, this were our conclusions:\n  - we want to use various social media channels but we dont want to post on all of them equally\n  - mastodon should be used for the most part\n  - other social media channels primarily for announcements and to reach a wider audience\n  - so no personal insights into the club life on other channels than mastodon, but we can share some of the content on other channels as well\n- talked about various possible events we could do in the future:\n  - fpv drone simulator evenings\n  - ai assisted coding workshops\n  - 3D printing wokshops\n- talked about possibilities to put a server rack into the space\n- someone mentioned that there is software that sometimes have a free license for non-profit organizations, so we should check if we can get some software for free\n- when we produce more flyers we should use trackable qr codes so we can see where people are coming from and which channels are working best for us\n- Alex had an idea about a small electronic parts store in the space, where we can provide some basic components for people who want to do some projects\n- we also talked about the next meeting, which will be on 28 May 2026","en",true]
